享誉世界的日本动画龙珠复活！
『龙珠改』是为纪念『龙珠Ｚ』开播20周年，使用最新的数码修补技术进行处理，让Z传说以更加色彩鲜艳的姿态在TV动画上复活。OP与ED曲焕然一新，背景音乐和人物配音也重新录制。剧情方面也更加紧凑，更加贴近漫画。
2009年4月5日9时在富士TV开篇放映 。延续当时的CAST进行再编集&再收录，OP与ED曲焕然一新。
《龙珠Z》第一话的放映是在1989年4月。这个名作延用当年的故事，利用历经20年的现在所推出的最新数码技术的处理，以更加色彩鲜艳的姿态复活了。

3，豪华声优阵容大集结！！
以孙悟空的声优野泽雅子为中心，当时的超豪华阵容再次集结，演奏出新的乐章！！但过去为「龟仙人」配音的宫内幸平、以及替「天津饭」配音的铃置洋孝都已经去逝，因此在本次公开的名单中，龟仙人和天津饭这两个角色将分别由佐藤正治和绿川光出演。
声音方面配音重新进行。画面方面只会重做OP和ED的画面。原作的291话浓缩到100话。
在2009年3月20日的东京国际动漫展特别活动“享誉世界的日本动画龙珠复活！”，东映展台前发放入场券，座位不固定，人多的话可以站着看…
内容：漫画、动画、游戏和真人版都造成世界话题的龙珠！
